Never ever will I give autotrader.uk another penny. Bought insurance through them - initial cost £180. Sent them proof of no claims (via post) - they never received. Sent proof via email (they never received - never informed me and now have taken another £300 via my credit card). Asked to cancel insurance and have been informed that I will have to pay £176.72 for a short term insurance PLUS £35 cancel fee. Not bad (for them) for less that two months insurance.
I feel ripped off!
