Well, where on earth do I start with this one! They are complete and utter c***! Their Customer Service is non-existent, especially when you get through to the overseas call centre - they apparently don't have a complaints office - doesn't that say it all?! You have to deal with the Executive Office if (and you will) have a complaint. It seems that one department within Orange doesn't know what the other is doing and they don't communicate. Up until January 09, I thought they could do no wrong but how wrong was I? It has taken 9 months to sort out a dispute having had to go through their Executive Office then Ofcom and then finally CISAS. I shan't bore you all with the story but suffice to say, they tried to charge me TWICE for TWO handsets they claim hadn't been returned when I could prove (and did prove) categorically that they had been. I asked to be released from my contract early and they flatly refused claiming I'd taken out another contract - I hadn't, they just took it upon themselves to give me a new account number but I had the same mobile number and tariff! In the end, CISAS won my case for me and Orange had to let me go - yipppppeeee is all I can say! I now have my PAC code and have already given it to O2 - I'm moving to them on PAYG or their SIMplicity tariff - I'm NEVER EVER EVER going down the contract route again - it's just far too stressful and at least with PAYG or SIMplicity, you're not tied in for any length of time - it just means you don't get a subsidised handset!!! AVOID ORANGE AT ALL COSTS!!
