I purchased the tickets on 24 August 2009 and received an immediate confirmation email stating that tickets would be sent out within 14 days.
3 weeks later, no tickets. I sent an email, no reply.
The reply to my second email stated that Themeparkticketsdirect.com had changed the terms and conditions and assured me that I would receive the tickets before departure, but would not give a date.
I contacted customer services by phone and they informed me that the tickets would not be sent out until 14 days before my departure.
Luckily I am not going to Orlando until November so I have asked for a refund.
Customer Services said I would receive a refund within 28 days.
If you do risk buying tickets from Themeparkticketsdirect.com, I suggest you inform them that your departure date is at least 2 months prior to the actual date. Then you have a better chance of receiving your tickets before departure.
