Very Shoddy service received. Ordered a Western Digitalhard drive. Website stated item was in stock. Waited all week for delivery. No show. I ordered the item in good faith based on ex stock delivery as stated. Contacted Dabs via live chat to a robot and was told that it had been pushed out for over 2.5 weeks. Got given a "Take it or leave it" attitude. Decided to vote with my money and take my custom elsewhere. YOU CANT CONTACT THIS COMPANY BY PHONE and speak to a real person if things go wrong hence it's easy for the staff to hide behind a wall and not bother about sincerely providing any form of good customer service. There are many, many alternative suppliers out there who really need your cash and offer great after-sales service. My recommendation is that you stay well clear of Dabs. I will never order from them again.
