Ordered tickets to see Oasis at Coventry, and although they only came a few days before the event it states that this is normal on the website. I was happy with the service. It said my tickets had been cancelled in my account so rang up customer services who were very helpful and told me that this was normal as the temporary tickets were cancelled and I was allocated with numbered, reserved tickets.

Would happily buy from them again and recommend to a friend. I know many people who use Ticketmaster and none have had any problems. The harsh reviews seem unjustified in my experience.
