I use Tel3 now and I had a promotion where I was getting at least 30% off for 30 days plus a cash back bonus. I have not had any problems so far. When I signed up for the account online I opted to turn my auto recharge off (so my card would not be automatically recharged) and I called into the customer service number to have my account recharged for $50. The call quality has been great so far calling to Jamaica I have had no problems. Also when I call into customer service I get a clear english speaking rep (except for the once in a while heavy spanish tone) I plan on keeping my account with them for awhile. I guess the service just got better over time.
