Yet another bad story for US Airways. Flying into Philly for our connection, a US Airways jet is broken down at our gate. We sit on the tarmac and move closer to missing our connection (on US Airways, still). Making a long story short, we miss the connection by less than two minutes. No reschedule until the next morning. No bags either, though somehow they made it on to the connection flight they refused to reopen for passengers!! When confronted, US Airways dismissed and continues to dismiss the incident as "air traffic related." We'll see how well that goes when I take them to small claims. It truly is the principle of the matter... Too bad zero stars is not an option.
