After 2 failed deliveries and a month of waiting for a standard steel bath I had to cancel my order with Bathstore and get a refund. Was informed that they had issues with their warehouse and delivery systems preventing them from fulfilling their advertised Delivery Promise. No centralised customer services and no real management structure so reliant on helpless store staff resolving issues outside of their control.
