I had been with Admiral Car Insurance for 2 years, last November I had an accident when a deer ran out into the road and I hit it, this caused £1000 worth of damage to my car. At first I was really impressed within 2 hours of calling the claim line a truck had been to collect my car and take it to the local repair centre...thats when I stopped being impressed! Although i'd paid for a courtesy car it took 5 days for them to supply me with one and only then after i'd called then 4 times to remind them, it took them 9 days to repair my car...I was happy with the repair. Today I received my insurance renewal...it was £130 more expensive than last year although my policy was protected no claims...apparently because I hit a deer I am now more likely to have another accident so I am a greater risk....well it made sense to them!
