When I first tried Clarins HydraQuench cream, I had mixed preconceptions about it. I had heard some great things about Clarins from friends, but I was worried, since, as this was the first moisturiser I had ever used, I was worried it would make my naturally oily skin worse.

First impressions were that it smelt great and had a nice texture. A little goes a long way with this, so one pot lasts a long, long time. I also found that it absorbed very quickly into my skin, and left it feeling soft, smooth and hydrated.

I would reccomend this product for all skin types, as it is not too greasy but very hydrating. Overall it was really good to use, but very expensive, so perhaps you could find something very similar on the market at a cheaper price.
