We have 3 dogs insured with E & L. We of course did not visit this website until we had to make a claim for 1 of our dogs--if we had visited this site beforehand we would have never insured them with E and L...

Of course you have to expect them to pay out on the *policy* you have taken with them, we have the basic!

To date, we have NO complaints about customer service and we have received our first payment cheque from them within 7 wks, which we think is reasonable. Our claim is ongoing so of course there is always time for E & L to let themselves down, but our experience to date with them has been stress free and more than satisfactory.

We hope maybe that they are finally getting it together and realising just how important our pets are to all of us.

We hope you all have better service from them in the future, thank you E & L...and no--we're not on the payroll!
