Customer service is virtually non-existent!! I placed an order on the weekend. Got an automated e-mail Sunday saying order being processed and the phone would be delivered Tues. Monday, got a message saying to contact them as they needed more details. I did so and gave details they needed. No phone arrived on Tuesday so I phoned them, only to be greeted with an automated message saying they have system problems and cannot help at this time. I have received three messages from them saying that they need (yet again) more information to enable them to process my order, but when I phone them, the automated message says they are unable to assist as they are too busy and they say to phone back again. What's the point as I can't speak to them as they won't answer!! Have also sent e-mail to them but no reply. Phoned O2 and they have my details but no order has been set up with them as yet by Dial-a-Phone.

They are a dreadful company. I shall go elsewhere.
