I just came home after having direct TV installed today. The dish on the side of my house is GIGANTIC! What an eyesore! My husband who was home for the installation is overwhelmed that WE are responsible for adding and running all sorts of cable wires in order for the HD/DVR boxes that we are paying for to work. Ridiculas! Isn't that was the cable company is supposed to do? Why am I paying for the service if they can't provide it? I only agreed to the change from Comcast bc of the Big10 ticket. I am positive that we will either wait this out until Fios comes to town OR we are heading back to easy Comcast! This is AWFUL and I would NEVER recommend DirectTV to anyone!! What a headache!
