If you are expecting first class accom.you will be disappointed.However if you usually holiday in a caravan its a step up from that! Rooms were small and beds ok, except dreadful sofabed, but it was warm and had all the essentials in the kitchen.Nothing was terribly clean,but it was ok as a base for family of 5. What made up for it was the entertainment. Great stuff for kids like crazy golf,playarea,go karts,hamsterballing in pool,abseiling,zip wire,small funfair. The evening shows and disco were good family fun and the older kids loved the arcade. Evrything felt safe and well organised to help the parents relax and the kids tire themselves out. In all,two adults a 3yr old,an 11yr old and 13yr old all had lots of fun at Pontins and would go again. If it was just adults i'd advise somewhere more modern and comfortable.
