Pathetic apalling customer service.
I am with O2 for littler more than 18 months through rubbish Phones for you. The phone was Sony ericson K850 i which is another rubbish phone which ahs always problem with touch screen and charging issues.
When my contract was over they din't even have the courtesy for renewal. and their upgrade phones are useless except iphone and no offer for existing customers on any plan including SIM only plan. Because of iphone , they take it for granted and of little help.
I am cancelling my contract and going to Voda or T-mobile.
