I ordered a phone from Dial-A-Phone and waited all day for the phone to arrive on the day they said it would. It never did. I decided to give up on this company and go with another. I heard nothing more from this company. A few months later Dial-A-Phone's solicitors phoned me up telling me I owed them whatever the amount was for the phone asking me how I was going to pay it. Not once did they call me or send me a letter about the whole thing, nor did they send me the phone I was supposed to get in the first place. After explaining to the solicitors the situation and making it clear that I was not going to pay any money, they left me alone.

Pure incompetence by Dial-A-Phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
