This is my third bread making machine - the others are still in use, but now live with other people. Having used the previous machines for about ten years in total, I knew exactly what I wanted out of a machine: normal-shaped loaves, automatic fruit dispenser, 'keep warm' facility that would not mean soggy bread if it was not removed from the machine immediately, well known manufacturer, and durability. (Of these, the hardest to find was a normal-shaped loaf tin). I found all my requirements in this model - the Breville BR8L Anthony Worrall Thompson - plus I can alter everything to suit me. I can have a little bit longer time for rising or baking in the set programs, but I can also enter and permanently store my own. All in all, BRILLIANT!
