I sent £116 worth of phones to fone banker, the most expensive phone was worth £34. However Fone Bank only sent me a check for £99. They did not contact me to advise that they would be sending any less than quoted. When I received my check I called to ask why they had sent me less than quoted and they advised that the most expensive phone did not work. On requesting they send the phone back to me as I knew it did work they admited that it was working and they had 'somehow' made a mistake and sent me the remaining money (typical it happened the be the most expensive phone). I wonder how many people they try to con.
