Smile make it so difficult to find their address on the website and they don't show a running total of my balance which I would think is a primary basic requirement of customers. I've contacted them several times about this and despite their claims of how they respond to customers wishes and opinions, they've done nothing. Who would not want a running total shown clearly? I have to get a calculator and work out how they arrive at the current balance. I really cannot believe they continue to do this and I'm not the only customer who has complained about it (according to them)!
