Travelodge - Double bed turned out to be a double bed base with a single mattress on top with duvet deliberately tucked underneath to hide this.

- Room grimey and bathroom stunk of cigerrette smoke. You can hear every squeaky floorboard, door shutting, footstep and people talking in adjacent rooms/corridors on either floors. Don't expect a peaceful night!

- Breakfast service was appalling, with poor quality food, rude and unattentive service, no clean cutlery, 20 minute queues for the toaster, no plates or mugs. Manager smuggly helps himself to the food whilst watching his customer's wait.

- Management rude, dismissive, unhelpful and unreceptive.
