I didn't get the item I purchased from CD Wow. They said they had it in stock, then made it look like I hadn't given them my correct address and that the item was returned to them. They asked for my correct address which I gave them. They said they would make a new order and gave me a new order number and a promise that they would sent me the item. Then a few days later I received an e-mail with a notice of a refund of my money. When I asked why I didn't get my item I received no response. Many online shops use this tactic. They pretend to have an item and then when they cannot come up with it and you have complained for a long time most of them luckily refund your money. But this is a waste of the customer's time. I bet they still have that item listed on their site as "in stock".
