I had to terminate my contract today after being bullied by the person at O2 complaints department in Leeds! He was forceful, aggressive and kept telling me not to talk over him when I wanted to get the facts through and explain the problem. All the phones I had with them were faulty but they did not want to know about it. I had been phoneless for 4 weeks due to yet another faulty phone they sent me but they did not want to know about it. I have lost faith in this company and do not want to receive another faulty phone from them. Ok, now I finally understood why most people I know have left O2 in the past 12 months and joined Virgin Mobile.
