Albeit last minute booking (E-ticket)- wrong info given by Goldtrail rep when booking i.e
1)sent to wrong terminal which was not noted on E-ticket either
2)no hot food on board flight
3)Booked balcony & not allocated one on arrival
Poor hotel, local drinks & representaion at Hotel by GT reps who were young in-experinced with no Turkish language skills. Told 12 midnight flight entitled to room until departure but not so - hassled all last day by hotel staff to vacate room and had to. Finally, had to pay over weight for diving equipment (£45)on return not charged going out. Final straw - very disallusioned with GT. Resort nice.
