ordered a phone and was a quick delivery but phone broke so Dial-A-Phone tried freeloading me off with a repair when it wasnt me as it was broke when i had it, and i am still waiting for the new phone. they said i would get one if i sent it back and had several delivery posponed emails which have annoyed me. their slogan should be dial a phone good on prices rubbish on refunds or dial-an-answering machine because that is all you get with the number. i am really annoyed would never use again :(
