Ordered Guitar hero world tour "BAND BUNDLE", which consisted of the wireless guitar, drum kit, microphone and game for ps3. For £99, it was a steal, but unfortunately it was me that was robbed! Instead I received just the guitar and the game pack that retails at around £64 on their on website, and I had been charged £99 for it. I Looked on their website again, and the price has shot up to £149 for the product i wanted. I really want to take this to trading standards, as in my opinion HMV have quoted me a price, then realised they have made an error, and sent me something i didn't want, just so i would send it back?!?! They should honour the price & product. I will be returning the item and i will be getting a full refund, with the intent on not EVER using HMV again, nor will i be recommending it to anyone. First and last order. P.S could you send a bithday card to my child saying "Oh, we're sorry". Rubbish!
