This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a TV & Stand, got email to advise would be delivered following day, only stand arrived, contacted them and told TV would arrive following day, it did, it was quite badly damaged, reported it immediately and sent photos of damage, rang to arrange for faulty TV to be collected, told had to complete form on internet, this was done, took a week to collect, then advised after being advised I would be sent a replacement that I would have to pay a further £56 to receive a replacement as the cost had gone up. Spoke to the rudest customer service manager I have ever dealt with and informed I could have a refund fot the cost of the TV no mention of refunding the credit card surcharge they make but this would take up to 28 days! Be very wary of dealing with 1st Audio Visual.
