I ordered a strimmer on 8th August 2009 and the presenter said we would have it by the next weekend. The money was taken from my credit card immediately but the strimmer never arrived. I phoned and was told that it was despatched by a separate company and they could only email the company and I would have to wait 4 days for a response. To cut a long story short, I have phoned customer services 7 times for about 30-50 minutes each time at 10p a minute. They keep saying they will call back and don't and they keep saying they will have to email the distributor and I will have to wait 4 days. It is now 8th September and I don't know what more I can do. They never phone back and no one can tell me where the strimmer is as they say it is coming from a distributor yet they took my money and theirs is the only customer service number I have.
I will never buy from Ideal World again!!!!
