PET LOVER??? Electrolux Vitesse (it isn't).

I have just spent 2 hours trying to vacuum one bedroom & it's still not finished. The thermal cut-out stops the motor every minute or so & you then wait 30 mins to start again. Even if I stop it after 30 seconds, unclog the filter & start it again - it stops the moment I switch it on.

This machine looks ok but that's it. It is the worst designed machine of any type that I have used. I have two dogs & the filter clogs with hair in no time as there is not enough clearance between the filter & collection cylinder. Even when it worked for more than a minute I would be stopping it every two minutes max, to clear it.

It is very noisy, the hose is cheap & nasty, the on/off switch is awkward to get at, the cord storage is awkward & too low down. Any dust clogs the filter rather than dropping into the collector, so suction starts reducing immediately. They even recommend in the booklet that you buy a second filter as you'll be cleaning it so often!
The quickest way to a heart-attack you'll ever find.
Worse than useless.
