I have trained at many Fitness Firsts and the common factor is that the gyms are filthy and unhygenic!! They are a nightmare when trying to cancel and while you are a member they have lots of little tricks to earn more money from you like agreeing certain terms for corporate clients such as free towel hire for all employees of that company, however, they keep quiet about that to the employees of the company and still charge them for towel hire - nice! With their staff it's hit and miss some are nice others rude and the trainers oh my god how many times do I have to make it clear that no I don't want to do personal training.
