Car was sold faulty and back with Carcraft Lakeside within 2 weeks.. it then took them 22 days to replace a turbo and intercooler. Customer services offered us a service voucher for Carcraft as compensation for a long stressful experience with them. I am a little worried about redeeming this at Lakeside though as the car was returned MINUS MY TOMTOM SATNAV. I alerted them of this and they said there is nothing they need to do legally as I cannot prove that it was in the car. Please take notice of this and tell anyone you know as I wouldn't want the same thing to happen to anyone else
