September 7th, 2009 I had booked 3 tickets from Newark to India and I got confirmation. After 15 min. when I had called makemytrip customer service to just confirm about my booking, and they told me that it never went through or it's not available. After talking with them for 1 hr., rep told me called us back after 7 hours. Now again chatting for 2 hours they try to sell on higher price. I spoke that your site is showing so much less amount for so many of flight why you can't offer me that. They told me all are false prices. None of those seats are available. When I ask for refund they told us that it will take 7 to 10 business days. I suspect they do this with so many people everyday and use their money for next whole week. What an awful customer service and business. I will never recommend this site to book a ticket.
