One Stop Phone Shop Website said phone was in stock. Placed an order. Got an email saying the phone would be delivered on 2/9/09 by 5pm. The following day I received another email to inform me that the phone was actually out of stock. When I rang they fobbed me off. Their website is very misleading and as I wasn't given any terms and conditions it was difficult to see where I stood. They misinformed me about the top up that HAD to be purchased. I am still having numerous 0871 phone calls to try to sort things out.
