I was contacted by Churchwood Financail by phone and they said they would be able to help me manage my debt more easly and cheaper than I was doing it and they would be able to do this with a new Government backed system for people with reduced income,they were wery friendly at first and I gave them all my details ect and they said that I qualified and could help me .
I set up a payment direct debt with them ,but told them that I could not afford to pay them the first payment of £312.00 right away, but would be able to do so over two weeks as I Im weekly paid,and that was also fine to do this .
Well in the meantime I looked into this government backed system and found out that I could do so ON MY OWN at no cost to me what so ever, I called them a week later and said I did not want to continue with there plan as i could do it myself and sent them a letter conferming this ,then the attitude changed and nearly 2 months later i am still tring to get my money out of them and it is a big struggle at the moment as I really need the money at the moment .
