I went in to G-Force today and spoke to someone who I thought knew what he was talking about.
I was querying purchasing a damaged x-box 360 with a Samsung drive to use for spares.
I was told that it wouldn't be a problem, there was some in stock and they were going to look one out for me.
As I was only on a tea break from work, I asked if I could collect it at lunch time. This I was told would be fine.
At lunch time, I went back to the store and was dealt with by another man. He went through to the back of the shop to look for me, he came back out some 10 minutes later to tell me that they didnt have any.
I questioned this as I was given information earlier on that they would have one for me, only for the man to tell me that the person I spoke with previously didnt know what he was talking about and he dealt with all the xbox returns.
Needless to say I was rather unhappy and left the store. Doubt if I will return.
