total disaster with Limo Broker-daughters wedding 1 car did'nt turn up the other car was what i can only describe as an ugly version of a batmobile although i had asked for 2 plain silver limo's, as i was going to a special wedding not a circus-they have never rang me,it has been up to me to contact them before and after the wedding-no apology the manager has not even had the decency to talk to me.what was supposed to be a very happy event started as an embarrassing disaster which reduced me to tears thanks to limo brokers.i have had to pay approx £450.00 in total for this total fiasco.

    We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the appearance of your vehicle. However the vehicles appearance was described at time of booking and you did have full use of that vehicle throughout the day. Since the date we have apologised and refunded you for the vehicle that was not available.
