Since the introduction of the supposedly improved security login i seemingly don't know my details and can't gain access to my account. I also get told to call them which this product is supposed to stop from needing to be the case. on top of this i can't get to mail them to let them know! Clydesdale Bank Internet Banking was good until then really easy to use with little or no problem but now i feel like cancelling it.
