I would have rated Streamline.Net No Stars but did not have the option. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I had two websites which I could not publish no matter what I did and I'm an I T manager.
They then upgraded one account in error without telling me and then DELETED the entire website of the other account. Any service ticket is met with complete lack of understanding, even though I put them in plain English and not 'computerese.'
For example: Their response to my WHY DID YOU DELETE MY SITEWIZARD? was
"Since it has a long thread let me verify your issue first, You want to reset your sitewizard? If that is the case please confirm, in order for us to removed all the files on your sitewizard?"
I kid you not- rubbish English -not sure if this is an outsourced Tech dept abroad, and COMPLETE lack of any kind of understanding on I T matters.
I am screaming at them after only 4 weeks of this service and demanding my money back as I am paying for a service I have not got. Probably have to take them to court but I will as this is not a professional way to run a company!!!!!!!!
