Have had an Arctic spa for Three months with the 'onzen' system. Its not worked since day one. The customer service is disgraceful. Unreturned messages..unble to get through to anyone. Response times to coming out and trying to fix it are awful. Still not working as we speak. Head Office have never replied to any mail I have sent them.DONT BUY ARCTIC.
