As everyone else in here I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying from Bloomin Delightful!!! I wanted to send my friend a surprise bday arrangement at her office - looked at all websites and none would allow me to select the date for delivery, however Blooming Delightful did, only to then not meet the date and deliver the flowers 4 days later - I could have bought them from Interflora for less and they would have looked fuller.... after complaining, they kept quoting the small print saying that delivery dates are only a 'guide' despite the written confirmation I was emailed stating a delivery date... anyhow, will never use them again and I suggest neither should anyone!!!

    Similar thing happened to me. They directed me to their terms and ocnditions and tried to argue that the 1-2 day delivery allowance entitled them to deliver a day late. I argued this entitled them to dispatch a day earlier!. Trading Standards agree with me. Complain and you WILL get your money back...

    I found this review very helpful because...
    I ordered flowers for delivery for a friend's birthday. Guess what?
    NO FLOWERS and I cannot get hold of these shysters via email either.
    What a waste of time and money. I feel totally let down and will certainly never use them again
