I own a Enfield bullet of model Electra 5S.I am really disappointed to have such a poor service delivered by Royal Enfield. Since i have been calling all the Royal enfield service centers just to get a spare part(Side mirror) for the past three weeks and get an reply"order has been placed" kindly call us next week.
I just have three questions to ask.
Do you really produce spares for bullets?
Is this the way you treat your customers who have invested almost a lakh for a bullet?
If so, what is the need for royal enfield quality dep?
Consumer rights are really poor in India....................
