Soda stream support is HORRIBLE - really awful. I ordered exchange cylinders in July, didn't get them for 30 days - had repeated attempts to contact their customer service to no avail. Finally, I ended up with 6 cylinders, they have charged me twice - once for three, once for four, and they have added currency exchange fees to my credit card. I am researching how to file charges against them.
