These Corioliss C2 Ultra Slim Digital Straightenerare are a really decent pair of straighteners with some advantages over GHDs. I was in two minds whether or not to get these or the new GHDs (I had my old pair of GHDs for about five years and they still work, but have obviously lost their heat quite a bit). I scoured the internet for reviews and decided to take the plunge with these and I'm glad I did.

Despite being pricey, they have an adjustable temperature on a nice little seperate piece on the wire. This means they don't frazzle your hair like the GHDs do, and I now am less afraid of using them more often.

Also, the silver nano titanium plates feel even nicer than the ceramic in my opinion and leave the hair glossy and silky unlike GHDs which can make your hair slightly matte.

They are nice to use and heat up extremely fast. The only downside I would say is that there is an edge on the plastic part of the straightener which if not careful can catch a little bit on the secton of hair which can be annoying, but once you get used to them, thats easy to avoid. I would say take your time, section the hair in your fingers, don't just plunge the styler into your hair ( which I was used to doing). This means your hair won't catch and it's also more efficient when you need to be ready in a hurry :)
