Economycarrentals used iberent in lisbon. They did not have desk at airport, but the representative person was in scene at right time. Car was 4000km driven Punto, clean inside but not outside. Small paperwork and off you go. Return was so easy, that I have never experienced. I called the number from ap petrol station and was told to drive to departures. In dep level during I took off our luggage they inspected the car and that was it. Thank you Sir...If you want coverage for tyres, antenna,mirrors and so on. Buy insurance4carhire extra and have full cover, minimum costs.
