Samsung Soul

Whilst the phone is attractive, the mixture of touch panel and normal keys does not work!! The screen is difficult to navigate, which is frustrating to say the least. Howeverm the screen is a good size and easy to see. Also, I experienced difficulties when making calls, either the person couldn't hear me or I couldn't hear them... shouting down the phone is never a good luck and not only are you sharing your conversation with everyone, it also bags you some strange looks.

To say the battery life is poor is an understatement... when is decides it is dying, it dis without much warning. Again a huge frustration.

The overall features of the phone are typical of a samsung, which as far as I am concerned the only positive to this phone.

I was extremely lucky my service provider agreed to change my phone to another sansung, which I am pleased to say is great.

In conclusion, if you are thinking of getting this phone... DON'T!!!!
