I am so angry at the Glasgow Pram Centre. Order a Boori single bed with side panels. Paid online. told free delivery on site but got phonecall next day stating that i had to pay £20 extra as Boori do own deliveries. That was fine and I paid it. 3 day later they phoned me to say the side panels are out of stock as "Boori don't make them anymore. " I said ok just do the bed then an got the side panels from "alongcamebaby" delivered within a week. A week later they just send me a mail stating they can't fufill my order. So that was 2 weeks of my time wasted. They promised me a refund. (£474 in total) I ordered the same bed from alongcamebaby again but wasted 2 weeks waiting for this company. Then to my horror I looked at my bankstatement tonight to discover that they haven't given me a single refund yet. Not for the sidepanels that they promised 3 weeks ago or the bed. I am very worried now as they don't answer their phones. Just send them a mail and hoping I'll get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have caused me alot of stress and hassle and I am a very easy customer. I am sorry I ever used them.
