I accidentally damaged my business blackberry and had to pay £30 for a replacement....fair enough. All transactions were done in the original store (T-Mobile Bedford)

The New blackberry stopped working 2 weeks ago. No damage, no water damage, nothing....just a blank screen and no idea who was calling me or what I was doing.

Fonesafe Mobile Phone Insurance won't replace it as it's a 'warranty issue', T-Mobile Store can't send it off because 'there's no option on the system to do so'

I am stuck for a blackberry and I'm loosing business day by day.

T-Mobile is run by monkeys who have no communication with their insurance company. YOU ARE NOT IN SAFE HANDS! DO NOT SET UP A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH T-MOBILE EVER!
