I would recommend that people do not use Anglian Windows. I have just moved into a house which has their windows installed. The windows do not fit into the frames so there is a permanent draught through every window in the house. According to their customer service department windows can "drop" over time and the only option they give me is to pay £102 for an engineer call out. This would not be the case with a local company who would actually have some pride in their work and thier reputation. They have also shut all their high street offices in my area so there is no way to talk to someone face to face and maybe get some advice on how to readjust the windows myself. I guess that is part of their strategy to ensure ongoing income from engineer call outs.
