I have now tried four times to try to get logged on to the Halifax internet banking service,without any success. The first time it kept saying password not recognised, so I sent off for another temp password to get logged on and to change my password to the same as it was before. Having managed to get logged on and reset my password I logged out and tried to log back on . Still telling me that my password was wrong. This time it was part given at the time and part sent on email. I tried once again. fine with temp password, changed in once again, logged off but when I tried to log back on again this time it is telling me my user name has not been recognised. How frustrating
