We will not book via Teletext ever again !! We called them to book our holiday in Egypt last May 2009. We booked ourswelves into a particular hotel but once we received the confirmation, we realised that we were booked into another hotel. In the meantimes, we checked the reviews and realised the hotel had horrible reviews. We had to pay an extra to be booked into another hotel. Then we had to call them every day with regards to our flight ticket and hotel vouchers- only received them on the Thursday via e-mail (we were departing on the Saturday !)
We flew with Monarch Airlines- terrible- chicken batteries !! The hotel was overating, the food was awful...this was not a bargain but a trip to hell !!
