Tried to order fridge freezer from Comet but the payment process failed twice. When calling Comet they said they'd have to start the order all over again which we did. Payment was taken but they were unable to confirm a delivery slot owing to their systems not showing the correct dates. Said they'd call us later that day to confirm delivery but didn't. Having called to chase up the order they now say it's out of stock. Hopeless beyond belief. The onus on us is now to call back when the product is in stock.
